100% satisfied with the job Todd and his crew did building a covered deck between our pool and Florida room. Work included Trek decking and trim, structural framing, roofing, soffits, gutters and downspouts, steps, two sliding glass doors, custom storage bench, step lights, recessed lighting, flood lights, ceiling fan, and several outlets. The new work (roofing, siding, steps, etc) matched seamlessly with existing. I prefer the way they separate labor (fixed), and material (estimated range, you pay actual). Material came in at the bottom of the estimated range so under budget. Good communication throughout. Todd took care of all the permitting and inspection headaches and is obviously experienced dealing with the city. Job started on time and finished a few days early. Workers were professional and courteous. If you’re not impressed when they show up you will be when they finish. I got two other estimates that weren’t nearly as detailed and their earliest start dates were months later. Todd’s was the lowest and included some things the others didn’t offer. Todd suggested a more practical foundation the others didn’t even know about that saved me about $2k. I’m an engineer and I checked the structural members – if there’s an earthquake I’m going on the deck!

I’m shocked that professional, efficient & affordable companies like this still exist. Todd’s crew were subcontracted by another company I was working with to build a covered pavilion in our backyard. They literally looked at a photo rendering on site and crafted everything before our eyes. It didn’t take more than 3 days for the entire project to be complete and the level of workmanship is impeccable. Very impressed!

We love our new vinyl wrapped porch railings and door trim! Everything is back in tip top shape and ready for the weather.
